Terms & cancellation

Submitting a WhatsApp request does not create a confirmed booking. Your trip is confirmed only after A1 Hurghada sends written confirmation of availability, final trip details, pickup information and the licensed operating partner.

Payment is due on arrival unless agreed otherwise. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged. Weather or safety cancellations may be rescheduled; any amount already collected for a cancelled service will be handled according to the confirmed operator’s terms.

Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. Routes and timings may change for weather, safety or operating reasons. Final terms must be reviewed with the licensed operator before launch.
